The Bitcoin network has a dust limit—i.e. a minimum number of satoshis in a UTXO. The dust limit is 546 sats. If no royalties are set for an asset, its listing price can be as low as the dust limit. If however, royalties are set, then the royalty determines the minimum listing price accordingly to the following formula:
min_listing_price = (100 / royalty_percentage) * 546
So, if an asset has 5% royalty, the minimum listing price for that asset is 10920 sats.
So, if an asset has 5% royalty, the minimum listing price for that asset is 10920 sats.
