What is Horizon Market?

Horizon Market is a Partially-Signed Bitcoin Transaction (”PSBT”) Marketplace: users post PSBTs to sell **Counterparty assets for a certain amount of Bitcoin. Buyers then co-sign these PSBTs to effect an atomic swap with the seller: the seller receives BTC and the buyer receives their Counterparty asset trustlessly and in the same transaction, without any intermediary.

Horizon Market also hosts a Counterparty block explorer, and provides user interfaces for native Counterparty smart contracts, including asset creation and minting.
